Risk Description

The product poses a risk of choking because the decorative item consists of an imitation of strawberry and a biscuit which may be confused with a real strawberry and a biscuit. The strawberry fits entirely into the small parts cylinder and therefore presents a risk to consumer safety, in particular to children (suffocation, obstruction of digestive tract).The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
