The product poses a risk of choking because this chocolate-scented candle (which can be smelt even when the candle is not lit) is decorated with imitation chocolate beans which can be mistaken for coffee-bean shaped chocolate.

Risk Description

The product poses a risk of choking because this chocolate-scented candle (which can be smelt even when the candle is not lit) is decorated with imitation chocolate beans which can be mistaken for coffee-bean shaped chocolate. These imitation chocolate beans fall off and fit completely into the small parts cylinder. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
