Risk Description

The products pose a chemical risk because consumers, and particularly small children and the elderly, could mistake the product in question for a foodstuff, owing to its form and appearance, and consequently place it in their mouth and swallow it. Because of the product's detergent content, this represents a serious health risk (toxic pneumonia).The products do not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
