Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking because, due to the characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, this product may be mistaken for a foodstuff (cakes). The top ‘icing’ layers and raspberry and strawberry detaches with little force. Children, especially under 36 months, may put them in their mouth and swallow them.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
