Risk Description
The affected vehicles are equipped with high voltage battery modules. After a long mileage (approximately 100.000 km), a battery-chemical expansion of the battery cells could lead to a short circuit, increasing the risk of fire. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
