Risk Description
The steering components (including steering rods, push rods and tie rods) may have a manufacturing defect. Some parts may not have been hardened correctly during production, which could make them wear out faster and become weaker over time. This could cause the part to break, especially when turning the steering wheel at low speeds. If this happens, the driver could lose control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
