The product poses a risk of choking as, due to its characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, the product may be mistaken for a foodstuff. The erasers fully fit into the small parts cylinder. This may lead children to put them in their mouths and swallow them, which could entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
