Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking because the branch contains imitation fruit which may be confused with real berries (raspberries, blackcurrants and blackberries). These berries become detached at 7 N, 14N and 20N and fit entirely inside the small parts cylinder. Therefore, they represent a safety risk to users, and in particular to children (suffocation, obstruction of digestive tract).The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
