Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking because of small parts (the leaves on the strawberry can be pulled off and swallowed, and pieces of the apple can be bitten off and swallowed). These parts can be detached with forces of less than 37 N and they fit into the small parts cylinder. Due to the characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, the products may be mistaken for a foodstuff (strawberry or apple). This may lead children or visually-disabled persons to take a bite and swallow it. This can entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

Product Description
- Strawberry: Decorative article made of red plastic. The green leaves on top are made of synthetic material. The strawberries are soft and filled with air. The approximate size of an article is 64 x 42 mm. - Apple: Decorative article with a stalk made of hard plastic. The colour of the apple is red and it resembles a real apple. The apple has a thin golden thread attached, so that it can be hung up. The apple has no distinct smell. The approximate size of the article is 56 x 60 mm.
