Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking as due to its characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, the product may be mistaken for a foodstuff. This may lead children to put it in their mouths and swallow it, which could entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than what they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

1. Decorative food-imitating products in the shape of two halves of a red apple, packed in plastic transparent sachet. 2. Decorative food-imitating product in the shape of a peach from which a portion has been cut.
