The product poses a risk of choking because due to its characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, the product may be mistaken for a foodstuff.

Risk Description

The product poses a risk of choking because due to its characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, the product may be mistaken for a foodstuff. This may lead children to put it in their mouths and swallow them, which could entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on the prevention of risk resulting from the use of certain products designed to resemble foodstuffs.

Product Description

Effervescent bath salts named “sweet delight – chocolate caramel – bath fizzer”: packets containing two 100-gram units in gold- and wine-coloured tinfoil, with the shape, appearance and scent of chocolates.
