The product poses a risk of choking due to its characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, the product may be mistaken for a foodstuff. This may lead children to put it in their mouth and swallow it, which could entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

Product Description
1) Candle - four portions of ice cream sized 2,5 cm in a glass saucer. The product has been found in two colour formations. Packed in a transparent plastic with marking. 2) Candle - a basket with a cake in a form of heart, size about 6 cm, made from a dark brown wax resembling chocolate. Packaging transparent with marking.3) Candle - a transparent plastic cup with a brown wax resembling cappuccino with a whipped cream on the top, without packing.4) Candle – a transparent glass with a transparent wax from the bottom with detachable coffee beans, then brown wax and a small cup of white wax on the top, without packing.
