Risk Description

The product poses a risk of choking as, due to the characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, it may be mistaken for a foodstuff (chocolate). This may lead children to put it into their mouths, cut it into pieces and swallow them, which could entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

Product Description

Food-imitating decorative coffee-scented candles in the shape of brown or white coloured small chocolates with brown or white topping (approximate dimensions: diameter 3.6 cm, height 2.1 cm), placed on a metallic base. The candles are packed in six pieces in a cardboard box (approx. dimensions: 15.5 cm x 10.5 cm x 2.8 cm), decorated with images of coffee beans. The candles cannot be bought separately.
