Risk Description

The product poses a risk of choking due to its characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, the product may be mistaken for a foodstuff. This may lead children to put it in their mouth and swallow it, which could entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

Product Description

Food-imitating decorative candle in a shape of a small raspberry tart (approx. dimensions: diameter 42cm, height 3 cm). The candles are packed in six pieces in a transparent box, with gold coloured base and the figure of a lady on the side. On the outer bottom side of the package the following warning is written: “warning! this is not for consumption!! please keep away from children and animals”. The candles could be bought separately.
