Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking because, due to their characteristic form, appearance, colour, size and smell, these small parts may be mistaken for a foodstuff (strawberries). This may lead children to put them in their mouths and swallow them, which could entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract. The decorative strawberries on the top of the candle can become easily detached. They fit within the small parts cylinder. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on the prevention of risk resulting from the use of certain products designed to resemble foodstuffs.

Product Description
Food-imitating decorative candle in the shape of a cake (approx. dimensions: diameter 12 cm, height 7.5 cm), packed in a transparent box. The body of the candle is brown, while the top is white and decorated with small strawberries (made from wax, approx. dimensions: diameter 1.5 cm, height 1.8 cm).
