The product poses a risk of choking because, the form and appearance of the product are such that it is likely that children will confuse it with a foodstuff and consequently either place the product in their mouth, suck or ingest it, which could cause choking.

Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking because, the form and appearance of the product are such that it is likely that children will confuse it with a foodstuff and consequently either place the product in their mouth, suck or ingest it, which could cause choking. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
