Bunch of grapes was recalled on 2 July 2010 under EU Safety Gate alert 1003/10. Choking risk reported by France. The product poses risk of choking because the individual grapes, which fit entirely in the small parts cylinder, can be easily detached.

Risk Description

The product poses risk of choking because the individual grapes, which fit entirely in the small parts cylinder, can be easily detached. These imitation grapes therefore pose a choking hazard to small children who might ingest or inhale them.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
