Risk Description

The product poses a chemical risk because, the form, colour, odour and appearance of the product is such that it is likely that it will be confused with drink. As a consequence, the product could be swallowed, which could cause chemical pneumonia because of the presence of detergent in the product. In particular, if vomiting is induced, the resulting foam may cause lung problems.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

Product Description

Bubble bath packaged to look like a bottle of champagne. There are labels stuck on to the bottle bearing the following wording ‘Fragrance works, sparkling bubble bath, bain moussant pétillant, classic crème brûlée’.
