Risk Description

The products pose a risk of choking, suffocation and a chemical risk because their packaging, size, marking, image, colour and appearance imitate food products. Consumers, especially children, may confuse and mistake these products with popular food products (candies, lollipops), taste and swallow them, which could cause suffocation and choking hazard. The products do not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.

Bath salt products with packaging, size (200 g), colour, appearance, image (fruit), labelling (inscriptions fresh juice, mango, mandarin, etc.) imitating popular food products (candies, lollipops).
