The product poses a risk of choking because it looks the same as popular sweets and it is likely that especially children will easily confuse them with foodstuffs and swallow it. The product fits completely within a small parts cylinder. That means this product might be danger for the health or safety of consumers especially children, according to Council Directive 87/357/EEC.

Small pearls with bath gel in a shape of small penguins- with warning signs and words on the label - it is not edible, keep away from children.
