Risk Description
The navigation software may be faulty, storing the wrong location of the vehicle. As a result, when the emergency call system (eCall) is used, the location communicated to the emergency centre might not correspond to the current vehicle location. In such cases, emergency services would not be correctly directed to the vehicle.
