Risk Description

The plastic logo on the steering wheel air bag module cover may become brittle over time. Due to this, the logo may shatter during a normal air bag deployment and plastic fragments may hit occupants leading to serious injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of Motor Vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
