Risk Description
A fault relating to the software that controls the engine / electric motor clutch may prevent the clutch from re-engaging following sudden braking. Under such conditions engine power cannot be transmitted, and the vehicle may fail to start, even if the accelerator pedal is depressed, which may increase the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
