Risk Description
Due to improper software programming of the Dash Electronic Supply Unit (Dash-ESU), defroster, seat belt warning light and 360° view monitor may not function properly when the hybrid system is powered on, or the engine is started. Moreover, the engine warning light may be illuminated, and the high-voltage battery cooling system (only for PHEV) may not function as intended. These defects increase the risk of an accident and injury. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
