Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains up to 3.48 % by weight bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). In addition it contains 0.99 % of di-isononyl phthalate (DINP).The product poses a risk of damage to hearing because the sound level is too high.According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.The toy does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
