Three-way electrical adaptor was recalled on 9 March 2007 under EU Safety Gate alert 0215/07. Electric shock risk reported by Spain. This product poses a risk of electric shock because:- gauge falls out under its own weight when inserted into the adaptor.

Risk Description
This product poses a risk of electric shock because:- gauge falls out under its own weight when inserted into the adaptor. It should remain firmly in place without falling out;- gauge does not go into one of the poles of the multiple adaptor;- it is possible to insert a single pin of a plug into the adaptor.This product does not comply with the standard UNE 20315 on electric plugs and sockets for domestic and analogous uses.
