Risk Description
The product poses a risk of drowning because children may capsize in the seat and their head may go under water. The product does not have the appropriate dimensions and volume to prevent a child from drowning and to ensure the stability of the seat. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 13138-3 according to which swim seats must not give the impression that they are toys, and must not have a colourful and decorative appearance.
