Risk Description
The defects in the carabiner gate may result in the gate failing to close when attached to a cable or anchorage point. In the event of a user falling, the carabiner may not withstand the resulting stress or, under unfavourable conditions, it may simply disengage. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Directive.
