Risk Description
Due to a construction/processing error, the screw connection between the anchor ring and rotator can/could loosen when the anchor ring is subjected to a heavy load. A fatal fall therefore cannot be excluded.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Directive.
