Single colour LED strip was recalled on 20 September 2013 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/1256/13. Electric shock risk reported by Finland. The power supply unit supplied with the tablet poses a risk of electric shock because the insulation is not sufficient and the clearance /creepage distances between the primary and secondary circuits are not sufficient.

Risk Description
The power supply unit supplied with the tablet poses a risk of electric shock because the insulation is not sufficient and the clearance /creepage distances between the primary and secondary circuits are not sufficient. The user may touch a part of the product that is live due to the defect in the product and could be electrocuted.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
