Risk Description
The product contains excessive amounts of individual polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) (measured values; acenaphthylene: 0.5 mg/kg, naphthalene: 0.5 mg/kg, pyren: 2.2 mg/kg and benzo[a]pyrene 90 ppb). Some PAHs are carcinogenic. Benzo(a)pyrene is a carcinogenic PAH. Naphthalene is a carcinogenic substance for which a safe level cannot be established. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
