Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 2-nitro-para-phenylenediamine, a substance which is prohibited in cosmetics and 9.3 % of Para phenylenediamine (PPD) which is classified as strong sensitised. In addition the labelling does not have any of the warnings which should appear on the labelling of hair dyes containing this substance.One accident reportedThe product does not comply with the relevant national legislation and the Cosmetics Regulation.
Product Description
Cardboard box (dimensions: 125x90x35mm) containing 6 x 10g sachets of powder hair dye. Inside each sachet there is an instruction leaflet in two languages: English and Arabic. No instructions in French.
