The product contains p-phenylenediamine (PPD) (measured value 9.68 g/100g by weight) without coupler substances. Uncoupled PPD is an extreme skin sensitiser and can cause allergic contact dermatitis. The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
