Risk Description
The top cover of the trunk spoiler may get loose due to assembly issues and adhesive failures. This can lead to the spoiler detaching from the main body of the trunk spoiler and fall onto the road, increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
