Risk Description

The Intelligent Speed Limit Assist (ISLA) system may not function properly due to an incorrect software version of the instrument cluster and due to a partial lack of coding of the ISLA system. As a result, there may be no audible or visual warning on the dashboard when the speed limit is exceeded, which may increase the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
