Risk Description
Due to insufficient detection capability in the Battery Management System, micro-shorts between battery cells may remain undetected. Undetected micro-shorts could cause the cells to overheat and lead to a fire while the vehicle is parked or charging. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
