Risk Description
The migration of aluminium from the toy is too high (measured value up to 3502 mg/kg). Aluminium is toxic for children if ingested. Moreover, the product releases an excessive amount of formaldehyde (measured values up to 532 mg/kg). Formaldehyde is a skin sensitiser and can trigger allergic reactions and may cause cancer. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standards EN 71-3 and EN 71-7.
