Risk Description
The product contains formaldehyde (measured value up to 0.072% by weight), which is forbidden in finger paints. Formaldehyde is a skin sensitiser and can trigger allergic reactions and may cause cancer. It also contains methylisothiazolinone (MI) (measured value: 0.00068%), which is also forbidden in finger paints. Dermal contact with MI containing products can provoke allergic contact dermatitis to sensitised persons. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-7.
