Risk Description
A plug in the exhaust system may come loose of its own accord. In rare cases, the plug may become fully detached and hot exhaust gases may escape into the engine compartment. Those hot exhaust gases may be sufficient to ignite the plastic cover of the radiator fan and enter the interior of the vehicle. As a result, there is a risk of an accident.
