Risk Description
There is a risk of entrapment and potential strangulation if a child climbs through a gap in the "roof" area of the playtower and becomes stuck. Additionally, the toy may tip over during use, causing injuries.Moreover, the plastic of the packaging is too thin. If a child plays with the packaging, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1 and EN 71-8.

Recommended action

Store the product safely out of reach and contact the retailer or manufacturer for a replacement or refund. Strangulation: Remove the product from the child's environment immediately. Cut any cords or strings if they cannot be safely removed. Never leave children unsupervised with products that have loose cords. Suffocation: Remove the product and any packaging from the child's reach immediately. If a child is having difficulty breathing, call emergency services. Dispose of plastic packaging safely.
Who is at risk?
Young children are most at risk of entrapment injuries. All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury. Infants and young children are at the highest risk of strangulation from cords, strings, and loops. Infants and toddlers are at highest risk. Never leave plastic bags or soft materials in a sleeping area.
