The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the soldered wire connections at mains voltage are not mechanically secured and can thus become free;- the terminals of the plug inside the product casing unit can be touched;- the live parts of the mains cable can be touched since the dimensions of the socket outlet and the flat plug are not suitable.
