Risk Description
The plug face does not meet dimensional requirements. This may result in the user receiving an electric shock when removing or inserting the plug from the socket. Additionally, the adaptor has poor internal construction with wires soldered directly to the Printed Circuit Board with no mechanical fixing. The user can touch the accessible live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive.
