Risk Description

The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - the length of the cord between the mains plug and the first lampholder is too short (0.98 m), - there is only basic insulation on the soldered connections of the light sources, - the cross-section of the core is less than the requirement, - the cable inlets are sharp, - cord anchorage is missing. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

Product Description

Lighting chain including 240 miniature non-replaceable incandescent lamps with resistor bridge and an 8-function flashing unit. The flashing unit controls four parallel circuits. Mains plug with inscription: "2.5 A 250 V~ VDE CE"; flashing unit with inscription: "FLASHER CONTROL UNIT 230V AC 50HZ 0.83A CE TÜV EMC PRESS"; mains cable without marking. Technical parameters: 230 V~, 50 Hz, 63.7 W, Class II, IP20, 9 V, 70 mA.
