Lighting chain - 20L LED light was recalled on 17 October 2008 under EU Safety Gate alert 1152/08. Electric shock risk reported by Hungary. The product poses a risk of electric shock because : - there is only basic insulation on the soldered connections of the light sources, - the cross-section area of the core is too small, - the cable inlet of the rectifying unit has sharp edges, - the cord anchorage is missing in the rectifying unit.

Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because : - there is only basic insulation on the soldered connections of the light sources, - the cross-section area of the core is too small, - the cable inlet of the rectifying unit has sharp edges, - the cord anchorage is missing in the rectifying unit. Product Description
The product is a lighting chain including a plastic and metal frame in the form of a shooting star, with 20 connected non-replaceable LEDs, 20 resistors and a rectifying unit. Mains plug with inscription: "2.5 A 250 V~CE+VDE; rectifying unit with inscription: LX-01 24V-240V 50/60Hz 1.0A +CE; resistors of 620 ohm; LEDs without marking, mains cable without marking. Technical parameters: 230 V~, 50 Hz, 4,6 W; 3 V; 0,02A; 0,06W; Class II, IP20.
