The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- when the device is plugged into the mains the live pins of the plug are accessible;- when the device is opened, without the aid of a tool, live parts that are not insulated from the mains power supply are accessible; - the creepage distances between parts that could become live if the primary insulation becomes damaged and accessible metal parts are too small.

Risk Description
