Risk Description
When the ground spinner is ignited, it may move too far away from its initial position and laterally projects debris for more than 1 m. As a consequence, bystanders can be hit by parts of the debris and suffer burns. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
