Risk Description
The duration of the initial fuse burning is too long. Therefore if a consumer goes back to the ignited article, there is the risk that the consumer is hit by burning pyrotechnic effects. This can cause burns or eye damage. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
