Risk Description
The products pose a chemical risk because they contain 0.9% (Product 1.), 1.7% (Product 2.) and 1.5% (Product 3.) of free and liberated formaldehyde and 0.9% (Product 1.), 1.7% (Product 2.) and 1.6% (Product 3.) of free formaldehyde, above the permitted levels (0.2%).The products do not comply with the Cosmetics Directive.
