Risk Description
The products pose a chemical risk because they contain 1.3% (Product 1. and 3.), 1.0% (Product 2. and 4.) of free and liberated formaldehyde, and 1.7% (Product 1.), 1.0% (Product 2. and 4.), 0.8% (Product 3.) free formaldehyde, above the permitted levels (0.2%).The products do not comply with the Cosmetics Directive.
