Risk Description
The product might explode during normal use. In addition, the article has a too long fuse delay. This may cause the user to walk to the article too early with the danger that fireworks could hit the user, causing injuries and/or burns. Additionally, the fireworks may burst or eject burning material outside the designated safety distance of 8 m or below a height of 3 m, causing fire or injuries and/or burns to the user or bystanders. Moreover, the article does not extinguish after functioning within 120 seconds, which may cause fire to surrounding objects. Furthermore, the sound pressure level is too high, which can cause damage to hearing. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947.
